With a passion for connecting exceptional talent with leading organizations, Paul is dedicated to driving the success of his clients by delivering top-notch finance and accounting professionals who can make a significant impact on their organizations' growth and profitability. He is part of the Camino Search C-Suite -1 division, focusing primarily on permanent placements for PE/VC backed tech-enabled businesses within the UK and DACH region. With a deep understanding of his specific vertical and market, Paul knows the type of candidates that turn the dial for investors and their portfolio companies, and when they should be introduced to scaling businesses. In his spare time , Paul enjoys playing rugby, golf and exploring London’s vibrant social scene.
