Mariola leads the Office of the CFO at Camino Search. She has been instrumental in scaling our Camino Search team through the development of our permanent finance offering since 2021. Mariola brings extensive experience working with a range of PE, permanent capital, and family office-owned technology and service businesses across the UK and Europe. With a particular focus on buy-and-build environments at pre deal, bolt on and post transaction.  She takes a consultative approach and is committed to supporting finance functions not just in scaling them, but also as they evolve into first-class teams.  Outside of work you'll find Mariola travelling to new destinations to try the local cuisine and cultures. Mariola is an avid runner although she has been avoiding the track recently.
