- Fundraising and Investor Relations: Lead efforts to secure additional funding, including Series B and beyond. Manage relationships with investors, providing regular updates on financial performance and growth plans. Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and investors. 
- Financial Operations: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and reporting systems. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. 
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company’s financial stability. Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures. Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or equivalent 
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, within a high-growth IT services or technology company. 
- Strong understanding of financial management, fundraising, and investor relations.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary ranging from £120,000 to £160,000, plus equity.

We are seeking an experienced D365 Test Analyst for a 6-month contract, with potential extension. The candidate must have a strong background in D365 finance ERP projects and a deep understanding of the full test lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating, reviewing, and executing test cases, independently running test scripts.
• Logging defects with detail, and assisting the technical team with bug fixes and retesting.
• The role involves collaborating with the QA team, SI Partner test resources, and the functional delivery team throughout test case review, validation, and execution.
• Creating E2E test scenarios and scripts, including making adjustments to functional level test scripts to ensure that they can be stitched together to create E2E, and eventually UAT, test scripts.

Experience:

• 8+ years as a Test Analyst with ERP deployment experience, particularly D365 F&SCM/Project Ops.
• Strong attention to detail, data-driven, patient, and skilled in problem-solving.
• Experienced in various IT and business projects, with knowledge of project management practices.
• Proven ability to prepare, review, and execute test cases with a passion for quality.
